Certain instructions to take appropriate action on teachers who were Unauthorizedly/ long absent or absconded to their duties without prior permission of the concerned authorities - Orders

The attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the

District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference read above,

wherein information was obtained from the concerned DDO/DEOs in the state

regarding the details of the teachers who were unauthorized absent and

absconded from their duties without prior intimation to their respective

authorities.

A list of such teachers (88 in no.)who were unauthorized absent and

absconded from their duties without prior intimation their respective authorities

is herewith enclosed.

Hence all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District

Educational Officers in the state are hereby instructed to:

i. Issue Show Cause notice to the teachers.

ii. Conduct Preliminary enquiry against the absentees.

iii.Initiate disciplinary action against the teachers as per

G.O.Ms.No.127, GAD dt:15.09.2017 and as per A.P.C.S(CCA)

Rules. 1991 duly following the procedure.

Further, they are requested to furnish the action taken report within 7 days

from the date of receipt of these instructions.

This has got the approval of Director of School Education, AP,

Amaravati.
