The attention of all the Secretaries/Principal Secretaries/Spl.Chief Secretaries

to Govennment and all the District Collectors is invited to the references cited, as

per which, all the departments in the Secretariat and all the District Collectors are

expected to conduct regular meetings with Employees Associations to discuss and

resolve issues pertaining to the employees.

2. In view of the above, and as a follow up to the meeting of the A.P. Civil

Services Joint Staff Council (APCSJSC)(State level) held on 29.10.2021, all the

Secretaries Principal SecretariesI Spl. Chief Secretaries and all the District

Collectors in the State are requested to conduct one initial meeting to list out the

issues with the Employees Associations followed by a final meeting after taking a

decision on the issues listed out. This exercise should be completed by

15 December 2021.

The Chief Secretary has decided to conduct a review meeting on the action

taken by all the departments and the District Collectors, after 15.12.2021.
