School Education – SCERT, AP – Sustainability in Schools First National Workshop For School Teachers 18th and 19th October and 25,26 and 27, 2021

Officers in the State are informed that the BVIEER, Pune are launching the First

National Workshop for School Teachers on Sustainability in Schools, 2021-22.

The programme is part of a global initiative coordinated by Engagement Global,

Germany. The structure and the content were developed with the ESD Expert

NET, a network of ESD professionals from Germany, South Africa, Mexico and

India. It will be held on October 18,19 and 25, 26 and 27, 2021 from 3 pm to 5

pm via Zoom platform.

This programme is made for school teachers in India. This programme will

be conducted completely online. It is spread over two weeks with two sessions of

two hours in the frst week and three sessions of two hours each in the second

week. Study material, exercises and case studies will be given to the participants.

There is no cost. Only prior registration for the workshop is required. The

participants need to join the online session. A joint certifcate will be issued by

BVIEER, Pune and Engagement Global, Germany on program completion.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational Ofcers in the State are requested to advise the

Headmasters/teachers and other eligible persons in their jurisdiction , encourage

them to participate in the said above programme.
