DEECET-2021 – Computer based test for DEECET-2021 – Scheduled on 26-10-2021 - Certain instructions

All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are requested to

take further course of action on the following items of work in connection

with conduct of computer based test for DEECET-2021 scheduled to be

conducted on 26.10.2021 in two sessions.

1. To conduct co-ordination meeting with the Heads of Departments of

Police, Medical, RTC. Electricity etc. under the Chairmanship of Collector &

District Magistrate for smooth conduct of computer based test of DEECET-

2021

2. Tata Consultancy Services, Hyderabad will provide Centre owner,

Invigilators, Technical Staf, IT Manager and volunteers in each

examination centre.

3. Identity cards should be provided to the above staf

4. Appoint one departmental ofcer (Dy.E.O/MEO/GR-II HM) for each

centre as Central level observer for two session of the day up to 500

candidates.

5. Appoint two departmental ofcers (Dy.E.O/MEO/GR-II HM) for each

centre as Central level observer for two session of the day if the

candidates allotted to the centre are above 500.

6. The Departmental Ofcer allotted to the respective centre should

approach the Centre level Technical Observer of the agency on the day of

computer based test and obtain Photo nominal rolls cum attendance

sheet. After completion of the test the nominal rolls should be preserved in

the Ofce of concerned District Educational Ofcer.

7. Provide scribes for the blind candidates and Physical handicapped

candidates without hands and fgures with the qualifcation of SSC

standard as per the centre wise list communicated.

8. To make arrangements for providing one police constable at each

centre for two sessions of the day by addressing Superintendent of police.

9. White papers may be provided to the candidates for rough work if

necessary.
