School Education – Court Cases – Implementation of Court orders in W.P.Nos.11943/2021, 7025/21, 7487/21, 11774/2021 and 11714/2021 with regard to revision of pension and refund the recovery amount – Instructions

While communicating a copy of the Govt. Memo in the reference 3rd

read above, the District Educational Officers, Guntur, Krishna and

Ananthapuram Districts are here by informed that, the Govt. have

accorded permission to implement the orders of the Hon'ble High Court

regarding revision of pension and refund the recovery amount in W.P. No.

11943/221,7025/2021,7487/21,11774/2021 and 11714/2021 as already

directed in Govt.Memo.No.1392724/Ser.II/A1/2021, Dt.28.08.2021, since

these cases are also similar to the above cases.

Therefore, the DEO, Guntur, Krishna, and Anantapuram Districts are

hereby instructed to issue necessary instructions to the Head of the

Institutions/Head Masters concerned to prepare the bills and submit the

same to the STOs concerned duly enclosing the above Govt. Memo.

immediately and submit the compliance report to this office immediately.

This should be treated as Most Urgent.
