Copy of the reference cited is enclosed herewith. All Collectors & District Magistrates
in the State are requested to direct the Tahasildars of their Jurisdiction to issue (1) No Earning
Member Certificate and (2) Proper Person Certificate to the legal heirs of the Teachers/Employees,
who died due to Covid-19, to enable them to apply for compassionate appointment within
time. However, the Tahsildars may be directed to follow the Government Orders /instructions,
issued on the subject from time to time, while issuing the certificates.
