Jagannana Vidya Kanuka– Distribution of School Kits to all the students who are studying in Government and local body management Schools in the State –Instructions

In continuation of the instructions issued in the reference read above, all

the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Ofcers and Additional Project

Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that certain

requests have been received with regard to the distribution of JVK kits through

authentication from mothers, but as some of the students ree presented that due

to non-available of their mothers with diferent reasons. (Legally See parated,

Died, Hose pitalized, and Migrated).

In the said circumstances, all the Regional Joint Directors, District

Educational Ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha are

requested to allow the students who are studying in Government and local body

management Schools in the State to get the JVK Kits by considering the

biometric authentication(THUMB)by their guardian which is to be certifed by the

concerned Head Master.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Ofcers

and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

requested to facilitate all the students who are studying in Government and local

body management Schools in the State until the last benefciary receives the JVK

Kit without any hardshie p to the students and issue necessary instructions by duly

ensuring that all the Bio-metric machines are functional. Any dysfunctional

machine may be kee pt in the notice of concerned DEO ofce and get it

rectifed/ree placed to the Head masters in their jurisdiction immediately to this
