The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and
District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the ref 3rd cited and
informed that, the Government have been receiving several notices of violation
of protocol/ breach of privilege from the Hon’ble Members of Parliament / State
Legislature with a request to take action against the Officials who violated the
protocol norms.
Further, the Secretary to State Legislature, A.P. Legislature Secretariat
informed that, in the meeting of the Committee of Privileges, Andhra Pradesh,
Legislative Assembly held on 23.12.2020, members felt that, Government
Officials are not following the norms of Protocol in the Districts and are not
responding to the phone calls and also to the letters written by the Legislators,
though there are well laid norms and G.Os., in this regard.
In view of the above, the RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to strictly
adhere to the Protocol Guidelines/ Instructions/ Orders already issued from time

in their respective divisions / mandals without fail.
These instructions should follow scrupulously. Any violation of these orders
will be viewed seriously, warranting stern action against the erring officials.
