SCERT, AP– District School Safety report

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited

to the reference 1st cited, for monitoring the implementation of the guidelines,

NDMA devised a standard reporting template at District and State level and

circulated to all States/UTs with request to submit action plan along with

details of Nodal Officers and quarterly reports to NDMA and MHRD on regular

basis.

In view of the above all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education

and the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to submit the

District School safety report in the attached format to this office on or before

30.11.2020 through mail and every quarterly without fail.
