Transportation charges for distribution of N.T.Books from District to Mandal
and Mandal to School Point Meet the expenditure from the DPO
management cost of 2020-21 - Orders- Issued.

ORDER:
In pursuance of the reference cited above, all the Dist.Educational officers
& Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra
Shiksha in the State are informed that, "the Director of School Education, AP has
requested to release the transportation charges of NT books for the year 2020
21 for 3.27 Crores books 0.65 paisa per book (including GST, loading
unloading charges and hamali charges) towards transportation charges of NT
books from District Points to Mandal points which is to be paid to APSRTC
logistics and from Mandal to School points 0.30 per book."

After careful examinations, the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha,
AP is permitted to the Dist.Educational officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators
and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State for sanction and
release the transportation charges of NT books for the year 2020-21 distributed
from District point to Mandal Point and Mandal Point to School point after pre
checking the bills which is received from the authorities.

The said expenditure should be met from the DPO management cost of
PAB 2020-21.
