Dear Sir/Madam,

As you are aware that the Department of Teacher Education, National Council of

Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has been conducting an "All India Competition

on Innovative Practices and Experiments for School Teachers and Teacher Educators"

since long.

From 2017-18 the programme has been revised as "National Award for Innovative

Practices and Experiments in Education for School Teachers and Teacher Educators".

Teachers and Teacher Educators of the Southern States may submit the project proposal both

hard & soft copy to The Principal, Regional Institute of Education, Mysore, latest by

31s December 2020 to Email: principal@riemysore.ac.in & riemdee@gmail.com.

Under the present scheme Teachers and Teacher Educators of recognized schools and

teacher education institutions at all levels are eligible to participate. Softcopy is essential for

evaluating the Project. There are 60 awards (40 for School Teachers & 20 for Teacher

Educators) in total. An amount of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) will be given to each selected
