MINUTES OF THE MEETING

HELD ON 10-11-2020 IN WEBEX UNDER

THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF DIRECTOR, APOSS, ANDHRAPRADESH,

GUNTUR

Participants:

2. ALL STATE COORDIATORS IN O/O APOSS, GUNTUR

3. ACCOUNTS OFFICER, O/O APOSS, GUNTUR

4. SRI.N.VENKATESWARA RAO, CONSULTANT

5. SUPERINTENDENTS, O/O APOSS, GUNTUR

DIRECTOR, O/o APOSS, GUNTUR has addressed the

meeting and issued following instructions to all District

Coordinators as detailed below:

• To prepare weekly action plan for admissions and to submit

the same to this ofce.

• Conduct Divisional Meetings with AI coordinators and Peer

Groups.

• Conduct special Drives with child welfare and Labour

Departments.

• Give wide publicity in all and Electronic Media.

• To display pamphlets and posters in all Government

ofces/schools and collages especially in Ward/village

secretariat and circulate pamphlets through Newspapers with

the cooperation of AI coordinators.

• To conduct meetings with Mandal Educational Ofcers and

Head Masters of secondary schools in their Districts.

• To conduct meeting with Education Secretary in village /ward

secretariats and to take proper service from them.

• To focus on never enrolled Group and aware them APOSS is

the best opportunity for their lives.

• Issue a notice to the AI centers who were not enrolled since

one or more than one year .If there is no change even after

issue of notice, then submit proposal to this ofce for closure of

such centers.

• Admissions date extended up to 20th November 2020 without

fine.

• Special focus on uncovered mandals with attention of

DEO’s /DyEO’s/MEO’s.

• Speed up conformation process and make the fee payment

within the scheduled time.
