Jagananna Gorumudda Scheme(Mid-day Meal)- 4 tier structure of supervision-Monitoring the Mid Day Meal Scheme- Instructions to the filed level functionaries-Issued.

It is to inform that Hon’ble Chief Minister has given instructions for the supervision

and monitoring of the successful implementation of Jagananna Gorumudda scheme and

School Sanitation through a 4-tier monitoring system.

Accordingly the Government has given the orders vide Memo No.ESE01- EDN0CSE

(MDM)/12/2020, Dated:04.03.2020. A dashboard and mobile application also has been

developed and all the concerned Village and Ward Secretaries , who are dealing with Education

Sector, were given training by the Mandal Educational Officers in the last month.

Now, the Schools have been opened and IX and X classes have already been started and

the remaining classes also will be started in a phased manner. Hence, all Ward/ Village

Secretariat functionaries are need to inspect the Schools in their area regarding Mid-Day Meal

and Sanitation for the successful implementation of the programme as desired by the

Government.

Hence all Joint Collectors (VWS&D), CEOs, DPOs, DEOs, MPDOs and Municipal

Commissioners are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Secretariat Functionaries

who are dealing this subject to monitor and follow up daily and visit Schools for better

implementation of the Jagananna Gorumudda scheme
