Nationalized Text Books during the year 2020-21 – Transportation of Text Books from I to X th class - Certain instructions

In continuation of this office the reference 5nd cited , all the

Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the State are

awared that transportation of National Text Books from District to Mandal

points and thereafter to School points shall be completed well in advance for

the year 2020-21.

Further , All the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational

Officers in the state are requested to follow certain instructions as noted

below:

i. Make an action plan for distribution of Text books from District to Mandal

point with the co-ordination of APSRTC Logistics. Further they are requested

to make arrangements to distribute text books from Mandal to School point

and also informed that Mandal level receiving’s service is enabled in

respective MEO logins.

ii. To ensure that all the NT Books received by the MEOs shall be uploaded in

the CSE web portal. Distribution of NT Books to the Headmasters of the

Schools and Distribution of NT Books to the students.

iii. All the DEOs are requesting to submit the copies of NT books transportation

charges bills (1st spell) of APSRTC for the year 2020-21 for necessary

payments to APSRTC logistics.

iv. All the DEOs are requesting to submit the U.Cs for the budget released

towards NT books transportation charges for 2019-20 by the State Project

Director,SS, vide proc Rc No 30A3/APMSA/2019 dt 02.06.20.

Therefore, All RJDSEs/ District Educational officers in the state are

requested to take necessary action accordingly.
