MINUTES OF THE VIDEO CONFERENCE CONDUCTED BY THE DIRECTOR, MID DAY

MEAL & SCHOOL SANITATION ON 12.08.2020 TO REVIEW THE ACTIVITES OF

JAGANANNA GORUMUDDA (MID DAY MEAL) SCHEME AND SCHOOL SANITATION.

1) A Video Conference was held on 12.08.2020 to review the implementation of

Jagananna Gorumudda (Mid Day Meal) Scheme and School Sanitation. The List of

Participants have attended the meeting are noted below

1. Sri B.M.Diwan Mydeen, I.F.S., - Director, MDM & School Sanitation

2. Sri A Subba Reddy - Addl.Director, MDM

3. Staff of Head Office

4. Assistant Directors, MDM concerned districts except Prakasam and YSR

Kadapa.

2) Sri B.M Diwan Mydeen, Director, Mid Day Meal & School Sanitation welcomed the

Additional Director, all HOD officials, Assistant Directors at District level and other

concerned officials and took up a detailed review relating to the agenda items and

activites of Jagananna Gorummuda (MDM) Scheme & School Sanitation and

instructions were given to all the MDM staff at HOD level & District level on

attending the given tasks to concerned officials.

3) DRY RATION: The Director, MDM has informed to the participants that, during

the meeting with the Hon’ble Minister for Education, A.P on 10.08.2020, Minister

has taken detailed review on distribution of dry ration consisting of Rice, Eggs and

Chikkies to all the students and instructed to provide dry ration to the students till

August, 31st 2020 like it was done previously as the schools are scheduled to open

on September, 5th 2020 tentatively and expressed displeasure in the delay of the

dry ration distribution.

Further, Hon’ble Minister for Education and Principal Secretary, School

Education instructed the officials to issue instructions to field level to keep the

records of receipts of the Dry Ration items and distribution along with the

acknowledgement taken from the parents / students. The Head Masters shall

maintain the records properly and keep the acknowledgement received
