The attention of the Additional Project Coordinators and FAOs of Samagra Shiksha

in the state is drawn to attend the monthly review meeting on 27.06.2020 at 10.30

am in State Project Directors Office Conference hall, Vijayawada.

Agenda items

1. Review on target and achievements for the year 2019-20 (Phy/Financial)

2. Review on intervention wise funds releases and expenditures at district level.

3. Intervention wise unspent amount available at DPO level for the year 2019-20.

4. Any miscellaneous funds available as intervention wise at DPO level since

inception.

5. Review on progress of UDISE+ 2019-20.

6. Discussions on UDISE+ 2018-19 data Discrepancies

7. Review on Aspirational Districts (Kadapa, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam) data

furnished to MHRD for the year 2018-19.

8. Review on Annual average dropout rate for the year 2018-19 and 2017-18 for

the districts of Anantapuram, Kadapa, Kurnool.

9. Transition rate in Aspirational district Kadapa for the year 2018-19 and 2017-

18.

10.Review of tour programme of APCs for the 2019-20 and Advance Tour

Programme 2020-21.

11. Review on tour dairies of APCs for the 2019-20 and 2020-21

12. Any other items pertaining to the Project.

In this connection all Additional Project Coordinators and FAO's of Samagra

iksha are requested to furnish the notes on above agenda items in soft copy and

hard copy duly signed by APC on or before 15.06.2020 to the Planning wing of this

office.

They are further informed that before submission of the data the Additional

Project Coordinators shall reconcile the items with the concern State Sectoral officers

without fail
