Annual and Quarter wise reports in C, D and H proforma under RTI Act – furnish quarterly reports U/s 25(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 – Remainder –Issued
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and
District Educational Officers in the state are invited in the reference read above,
where in they are requested to furnish the Annual and quarterly reports under
RTI Act, 2005 in the Proforma C/D and H for the period from 01.01.2019 to
31.12.2019 and 01.01.2020 to 31.03.2020 in both Hard and Soft copy. As
per the procedure the Annual and quarter ending report shall be submitted by
the subordinate office to Head Office immediately within 7 days after
completion of quarter end. But all the DEOs in the state except Vizizanagaram,
East Godavari, Guntur, Prakasam, Chittoor,
Ananthapur and the RJDSE,
Visakhapatnam in the state have not submitted their information for the period
from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019 and all the DEOs in the state except East
Godavri & Chittoor and all RJDSEs in the state have not submitted information
for the period 01.01.2020 to 31.03.2020 (1 st quarter) till to date. So as this
office unable to submit the Proforma C/ D and H to the Government and State
RTI Commission.
Therefore, all the RJDSE's and DEO's in the State are finally requested to
submit the RTI Annual and 1st Quarter reports in the prescribed proforma C,D &
H on or before 08.06.2020 through mail & Hard copy without fail.
