Permission accorded to run the NRSTCs, RSTCs, URH/URS, Seasonal Hostels for Orphans, Semi Orphans, Beggars, Street Children, Homeless Children

In continuation of this office memo vide reference 5th cited, the attention of all

the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators / Additional Project

Coordinator of Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the references read above

that it is hereby permission accorded to run the NRSTCs, RSTCs, URH/URS,

Seasonal Hostels, Madarsas during the lock down period and until further orders

issued on reopening of schools for only Orphans, Semi Orphans, children rescued

from beggary, street children, homeless children etc., who are not having any shelter

and got enrolled as OoSC (Out of School Children) for admission in seasonal

hostels. The Services of 1 cook, 1 watchman and Care taker may be continued for

the sake of those children.

2. They are requested to ensure that all precautionary measures issued in view

of COVID-19 and adhere to the guidelines on the

measures to the taken for

containment of COVID-19 Epidemic in the State vide G.O3rd cited. The principle of

social distancing shall be strictly adhered to without any deviation.
