Minutes of the Review meeting with Finance & Accounts Officers,

A review meeting with all the Finance & Accounts officers was conducted

by the State Finance Controller in the conference hall of the State Project

Office, Vijayawada on 28.02.2020 on the following Agenda items which

were already communicated to all the APCs in the State,vide this office

Memo 2481/F2/AP SS/2019,dt: 23-02-2020.

3. The Finance & Accounts Officers and Accounts Officers of RMSA

and System Analysts and Accountants of District Project Offices have

attended from the Districts.

4. In the review meeting Sri R.Madhusudhana Reddy, ASPD-I

reviewed the Intervention wise less expenditure items and issued

instructions to take immediate steps for incurring expenditure before

completion of Financial year with co-ordination of Sectoral Officers in the

Districts.

5. Sri G.Bharath Kumar, ASPD II reviewed the Intervention wise

less expenditure fields in the Districts and instructed the all FAOs to speed

up the expenditure duly perusing the status of the files with Sectoral

Officers. Further he has issued instructions to State Sectoral Officers to

persue the expenditure duly contact the District Sectoral Officers
