School Education Department – Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.1,59,37,90,000/

ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, AP

has stated that, the Government of India has Sanctioned and released an amount of

Rs.10614.12 Lakhs as 2nd installment for implementation of Mid Day Meals Scheme

for I – VIII classes in the State. Hence, he has requested to release an amount of

Rs.16766.83 Lakhs (GOI Share of Rs.10614.42 lakhs+ GOAP share of Rs.6152.41

Lakhs ) for implementation of Mid Day Meals Scheme for I – VIII classes in the

State for the financial year 2019-20.

2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government in Finance Department have issued

Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.1,59,37,90,000/- (Rupees One Hundred

Fifty Nine Crore Thirty Seven Lakh Ninety Thousand only) from the BE provision

2019-20 (CSS @ 60%-Rs. 9980.44 Lakhs +MSS @ 40% Rs.5957.46 Lakhs) as 2nd

installment under recurring central assistance towards the implementation of Mid

Day Meals Scheme for I – VIII classes in the State.

3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department

vide G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an

amount of Rs.1,59,37,90,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Nine Crore Thirty Seven

Lakh Ninety Thousand only) from the BE provision 2019-20 (CSS @ 60%-Rs.

9980.44 Lakhs +MSS @ 40% Rs.5957.46 Lakhs) as 2nd installment under recurring

central assistance towards the implementation of Mid Day Meals Scheme for I – VIII

classes in the State.
