Government of Andhra Pradesh has been developed English Medium Textbooks for

Primary level classes I-VI from the Academic Year 2019-20. In this regard a series of

workshops has been conducted to development of Textbooks.

The services of drawing teachers are highly essential to develop illustrations for the

New Textbooks for classI-VI. In this connection, the District Educational Officers and

District Project Officers of SSA are requested to identify drawing teachers who are having

skills to develop theme based illustrations including painting and computer skills.

SCERT is going to conduct 10-day workshop from 4-12-2019 to 14-12-2019 at

SCERT, Andhra Pradesh, Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada.

All the District Educational Officers and District Project Officers of SSA in the State

are requested to depute 3 or 4 most such drawing teachers from each distgrict to SCERT and

instruct them to bring required material to develop illustrations, and also instruct them to

report Director, SCERT, A.P. on 4-12-2019 by 10.00 A.M. without fail.
