The Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued the Comprehensive Budget

Release Order for the Financial Year-2019-20 in the following New Head of Account

under YSR Toilet maintenance scheme.

Sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs.106,71,89,500/

(Rupees One Hundred and Six Crores Seventy One Lakhs Eighty Nine Thousand and

Five Hundred only) to the all District Educational Officers in the State for clearing the

Pending bills towards maintenance of Toilets for making payment of Honorarium to

Sanitary workers under YSR School Maintenance of Toilets Scheme from June-2018 to

July-2019 (Except May-2019) i.e. for 13 Months.

Further, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to

utilize the amounts towards maintenance of Toilets for making payment of

Honorarium to Sanitary workers under YSR School Maintenance of Toilets Scheme

from June-2018 to July-2019 (Except May-2019) i.e. for 13 Months is as shown in the

Annexure.

The Assistant Accounts Officer of this office is directed to surrender the above

amount and the Chief Accounts Officer of this office is requested to distribute the

above amount to all the District Educational Officers in the State duly keeping the

remaining amount of Rs.41,96,65,500/- (Rupees Forty One Crores Ninety Six Lakhs

Sixty Five Thousand and Five Hundred only) including 4h Quarter of F/Y 2019-20 at

the disposal of State Head Quarters.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to ensure that

the amounts is not lapsed and take action to clear all the pending bills immediately

and report compliance.
