APSSA, Amaravati – KGBV – State Level National Talent Search (1st level Examinations for Class X) - certain instructions for Conducting Trainings to KGBVs – Students who applied for NTSE

The District Project Officers of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in the State are

aware that National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) (First Level) is conducting by

Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada as per directions of NCERT,

New Delhi on 03-11-2019 at all District head quarters in the State.

Accordingly in the reference 1st read above instructions were issued to

all the Project officers of the District to identify 10 brilliant students of Class X from

each KGBV of their respective Districts and to apply for the said examination.

The Project officers of all 13 districts have identified the KGBV Students

and the details of District wise KGBV Students applied for NTSE examination are as

detailed here under

Hence it is proposed to organize a training programme to the KGBV

children who applied for NTSE examination from 30-09-2019 to 04-10-2019 (5 days).

Accordingly, the following directions are issued to all the District

Project Officers for successful conduct of the training programs.

1. The District Project officers (except Krishna & West Godavaari) are directed to

organize a training programme to the KGBV children who applied for NTSE

examination from 30-09-2019 to 04-10-2019 (5 days).

2. The Project Officers of Krishna and West Godavari are directed to depute the

applied Students of NTSE from their respective Districts to East Godavari

District NTSE training centre form 30-09-2019 to 04-10-2019 (5 days) as less

number of students were applied from the both Districts. The Project Officer,

East Godavari Dist. is directed to make necessary arrangements for those

students who were allotted from the above districts.

3. The Project Officers are directed Identify the centrally located KGBVs in their

respective Districts and accommodate the students duly distributing the total

students in to considerable batches (not exceed 50 to 60 Students) per each

training centre. They should ensure that at least two batches per centre and if

infrastructure permits more batches may also be accommodated.

4. The Project Officers are directed to identify subject wise 5 RPs from their

respective Districts, who are well versed with the subjects concerned and

having good record, in the field of Competitive examinations for teaching the

NTSE Students form 30-09-2019 to 04-10-2019 (5 days).

5. The Project Officers are directed to issue suitable instructions to the concerned

Special Officers of the NTSE training centres to allot night duties to

Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Social CRTs for conducting the Students

practice test and for helping them to practice the subject.
