House sites for employees

Terms of References (ToR)

a) For Government Employees :

i. Cadre wise extent of land to be allotted to the employees

working in District / Zone / Multi Zone / State Levels.

ii. Whether the allotment of House sites is on Market value or free

of cost or concessional rate in case of available Government

land.

iii. Whether the land should be acquired or not where the

Government land is not available.

iv. Criteria of location of land to be allotted to employees who are

working at Divisional Level / Mandal Level / Village Level in all

cadres.

v. Whether the allotment of House sites is individual or Group /

Society.

vi. Other modalities to be followed in allotment of House sites to the

Government Employees.

b) For Advocates in High Court :

i. Criteria for selection of beneficiaries eligibility for allotment of

House sites on the basis of experience, cadre and enrolment or

Bar Council.

ii. Location of land to be allotted the House sites.

iii. Whether the allotment of House sites is individual or Group /

Society.

iv. Include the land allocation and allotment terms & Conditions.

v. Other modalities to be followed in allotment of House sites to the

Advocates.
