The Commissioner of School Education has up graded 660 Urdu Primary schools

into Upper primary schools in the reference 1st cited. The State Project Director has given

permission to engage the Academic Instructors temporarily to teach the students in upgraded

Urdu schools and the Academic Instructors may be paid Rs.7,500/- per month from the

District Innovative fund under Minority innovation until the appointment of regular teachers.

In view of the above the State Project Director pleased to give the following

directions to the district officers to engage the Academic Instructors and conduct the classes

in upgraded upper primary Urdu medium schools. The Academic Instructors who have been

appointed in the year 2018-19 may be continued on the basis of their performance. All 220

Upgraded Urdu medium schools have to open 8th class and engage Academic Instructors as

per the requirement immediately. The Academic Instructors engagement process has to be

completed by 30th June 2019 and the A.I.s have to engage the classes from 1st July 2019

onwards. The Academic Instructors selections will be made by the selection committee

comprising of the following members.

District Project officer,

Deputy educational officer

Mandal Educational officer.

The eligibility (Qualifications) criteria for the engagement of the Academic

Instructors in the upgraded upper primary schools may be as follows.

The Academic Instructors must possess a bachelor Degree of B.A., B.Com., B.SC

and B.Ed/D.Ed/or Urdu as a subject in 10th class/Inter/Degree the medium of Instruction

should be in Urdu for up graded Upper primary Schools. Preference will be given to the

Local/Concerned mandals candidates. If local candidates are not available then others may

be considered.
