Management High Schools on collection of amounts for issuing Transfer certificates (TCs) to the students,
who completed X class - Prevention of collection of amounts from students — Take necessary action — Orders — Issued.
Read: Complaints received from districts on collection amounts for issuing
TCs to the Students, who completed X class.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are informed that, certain complaints are being received in this office from the districts against the Head Masters of Government management High Schools
regarding for collection of huge amounts for issuing Transfer certificates (TCs) to the Students, who completed the X Class.
They are therefore requested to take the matter seriously and issue necessary instructions to all Head Masters of Govt/Z.P/Municipal and Aided High Schools
not to collect any amounts for issuing Transfer certificates (TCs) to the students, who completed X class.
If any such instances occurred necessary disciplinary action should initiate against the concerned Head Masters as per CCA Rules in vogue and submit compliance.
These instructions should be followed scrupulously
