GENERAL ELECTION TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY, 2019 - “DUE CONSTITUTION” NOTIFICATION OF ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA UNDER SECTION 73 OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE ACT, 1951.

No.308/AP-LA/2019: Whereas, in pursuance of Notification No.36, General

Administration (Elecs.D) Department, dated 18th March, 2019, issued by the Governor of

the State of Andhra Pradesh, under Sub-Section (2) of Section 15 of the Representation

of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), a General Election has been held for the purpose of

constituting a new Legislative Assembly for the State of Andhra Pradesh;

Whereas, the results of the elections in all Assembly Constituencies in the said

General Election, have been declared by the Returning Officers concerned; and

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 73 of the Representation of the People

Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, hereby, notifies the names of

the Members elected for those Assembly Constituencies, along with their party

affiliations, if any, in the SCHEDULE to this Notification.
