Sub :- APOSS, Amaravati, Guntur - Private Colleges - certain documents/information required to start the Admissions in the year 2019-20 - called for - Regarding.
Read :- As per the college wise orders issued in the year 2018-19 for Renewal of Accreditation/New Accreditation of the Director, APOSS, Guntur, Amaravati.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above and he/she is informed that Renewal to Accredited Institutions/New Accreditation was granted for the year 2018-19 to all types of Colleges for certain period specified in the concerned orders issued with the following condition:
“In case of private Un-Aided Junior colleges, though the Accreditation/Renewal has been accorded for the period specified, it will only be valid for one academic year initially. Further the Accreditation /Renewal will be continued up to the period specified based on submission of Affiliation/latest regular Inter Nominal rolls and APOSS Nominal rolls every year.”
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State is requested to instruct all the Al Centres of APOSS i.e.all types of Private Colleges, to submit the copies of the (i)latest Affiliation Orders (ii)latest regular Inter Nominal Rolls 1.e. 2018-19 and (iii)APOSS Nominal Rolls i.e.2018-19 and after verification the same shall be submitted to the under signed on or before 31.05.2019 for enabling the service for admission into such Accredited Institutions.
Further, it is also requested to inform all the Al Centers of Colleges that if any Al is failed to submit the above documents, the Al shall not be allowed to take admissions of next academic year.
This should be treated as MOST URGENT.
