The attention of the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State is invited to the reference read above and as received the releases and expenditure particulars it was found that an amount Rs.31,61,10,543/- (Rupees Thirty One Crores Sixty One Lakhs Ten Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Three Only) of unspent balance available in the SMDC under Recurring and Non Recurring prior to 2017-18 and interested accrued during the year 2018-19 (List of Schools “ficlosed).
Hence, as per rules these amounts ha o be taken back from the SMDCs to this office as the SMDCs have no poW€r utilize the previous year’s unspent balances after completion of Financial A... are accumulating year by year at the SMDCs and shows huge unspent nts with regard to recurring grants. The component wise unspent balance sable with SMDC wise listed are herewith enclosed. District wise total recunteg aka non recurring amounts available is also enclosed. The unspent balances ca ed as per the
need basis among the High Schools like Digital Class rooms, VEEL rooms,
ICT etc.
Therefore, the District Educational Officer & Ex- ig Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are requested to obtain an it the unspent amounts available with the SMDCs Oe van
concerned by way of DDs for taking further action on or before 10.05.2019 File No.ESE02-34/32/2019-RMSA-CSE
without fail. This should be treated as MOST URGENT.
