I wish to inform you that the Government has issued

instructions in the reference 6th cited as follows in response to the

proposal submitted to the Government in 3rd cited (Copy enclosed for

ready reference) regarding release of additional budget as recurring grant

towards payment of honorarium to the Outsourcing staff working in the

Girls Hostels under Minimum wages Act as token grant under the Head

of account 2202-02-109-11-06-300-OCS for the year 2017-18 & 2018-

19.

• The remuneration of the outsourcing staff shall be paid in terms of

G.O.Ms.No.151(Finance ( HR.I.Plg & Policy) Dept., Dt: 08.08.2016. The

eligible remunerations to the Warden and Assistant Cook are

Rs.15000/- and Rs.12000/- respectively in terms of G.O.151.

• Since other Contractual Services (DH- 300) HOA there is no treasury

control item in terms of G.O.Ms,.No.43, Finance (Budget– I) Dept.,

dt:27.03.2018, there is no need to sanction additional grant towards

payment of honorarium to the Outstanding staff working in the Girls

hostels.l

In view of the instructions issued in 6th cited, I request you

to update the details of Outsourcing posts & staff working in the

Girls Hostels in the Districts along with DDO Codes for updation in

the software and also requested to issue necessary instructions to

the Deputy Directors of Districts Treasuries to draw the salary bills

through treasuries for the bills submitted by the DDOs. The details

of staff working and DDO codes are enclosed herewith for necessary

action in the matter.

Early action is solicited in the matter to avoid the process in

drawl of Outsourcing staff honorarium through Distict Treasuries

as per the Government instructions
